Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply send back your unused item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Please note:

  • Unless we made a mistake or the product you received is damaged, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us as well as the original shipping costs. 
  • Please allow up to two weeks for your return and refund to be received and processed. 
  • All sale merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept returns for hats or any type of headwear.
Return & Exchange Instructions
  • We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of order. Please print and complete our Return/Exchange form. Click here for RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM.
  • Return one copy with your package and keep a copy for your records.
  • Please make sure that you insure any returns/exchanges for the actual value of the products. 
  • For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. The Keeneland Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, defective or you did not receive the correct product ordered, The Keeneland Shop will provide a prepaid return label. Please email giftshop@keeneland.com and we will send you your label.
