Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges up to 30 days of order of unused items with tags still intact and receipt.

  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for return/exchange to be processed.
  • Unless a mistake was made on our end, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse. *If a mistake was made or an item arrived damaged, please email giftshop@keeneland.com with pictures and we will provide a return shipping label, replacement or refund.*
  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping your new item to you. If we do not have the item you are requesting to exchange, your original item will be refunded instead.
  • For online orders, only even exchanges can be made (exchange item is of equal price of original item). If your exchange item is at a higher or lower price than the item you are returning, we suggest creating another order online. 
  • Sale items from the "Sale" section are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Free items from Gift With Purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The Keeneland Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
