Shipping
Orders will generally ship within 1-3 business days, with the exception of observance of holidays. Friday orders typically ship out the following Monday. With standard delivery, most orders will arrive within 2-7 business days. We do not ship on weekends, so all orders will be shipped the following week.

Please Note: We are not responsible for delays in shipping or packages missing once delivered. Be sure to check around your house/apt, bushes, with neighbors, etc. if package is missing. Please contact UPS or USPS directly if your package is missing upon delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to go out same day. -
International Shipping: We currently only ship to Canada. *The customer will be responsible for paying duties & taxes.*
- Returns & Exchanges
- The Keeneland Shop will accept any unused item for return or exchange within 30 days of shipment, with the exception of hats and any sale merchandise. All unused merchandise must still have the tags on them. Please see Return & Exchange Policy for more information.
