Do you sell gift cards?
We sure do! We have an e-gift card that can be redeemed online only. We also sell physical gift cards in-store for in-store purchases.
How can I change something on my order?
We understand that sometimes you may select the wrong size or color, or possibly put in the wrong address. Please call the online store at 859-288-4247 asap or email email@example.com so we can catch it before it ships.
How do I return or exchange an item?

I purchased items online. Am I allowed to exchange or return in-store?
Yes, please be sure to take your order confirmation and have tags still intact on your items.
I purchased an item in the shop and need to return/exchange it but I am not local. What do I need to do?
Just like an online return, print and fill out our Return/Exchange form and ship your unused item with tags to us. Be sure to include your receipt in the package. Returns/Exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to be processed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Canada.
What are the hours of operation for the Keeneland Shop?
The Keeneland Shop is open 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes. However, we do not offer it during race meets or around the horse sales.
